Robbery in Basilica Hostel Budapest Hungary

As it's impossible to leave comment on Hostelworld I've decide to publish it in my blog. I'm talking about Basilica Hostel Budapest, www.centralhostelbudapest.com, Cityheart Guesthouse or City Heart Hostel.

I reserved two twin rooms but after, two days before leaving, I sent an email to advice to change into a triple one. They didn't answer. So I sent 5 more e-mails but still no answer. When we arrived, they gave us the triple one but they also asked for the money for the two twin ones. We paid all for a total amount of eur 197 instead of 93. They have stolen us eur 104.

Avevo prenotato due twin rooms ensuite ma due giorni prima della partenza ho mandato una email per cambiare con una tripla. Non hanno risposto. Ho mandato altre 5 emails ed ho fatto 3 telefonate ma nessuna risposta. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato la tripla ma ci hanno fatto pagare le due doppie. Abbiamo pagato 197 euro invece di 93. Ci hanno rubato 104 euro.

Non andare assolutamente in questi ostelli (Basilica Hostel Budapest, www.centralhostelbudapest.com, Cityheart Guesthouse or City Heart Hostel). Sono dei ladri, truffatori. State lontani!!
